Alright, I know this guy is on a largely irrelevant fantasy team, however, I think he would have decent value if they draft Bradford, and in my league that does not enable you to keep anyone over year 6. Thoughts please......
Not immediately, I think he needs a year or two to adjust to the speed and the precision required of an NFL WR. He is a bit, I stress bit, of a project but I do believe he will be a difference maker in the league.
I love the upside of BENN. I think he is a first round talent and will have a solid career. I would love to see him land in Tampa or Miami where he could become their WR1.
Yeah, I hear you. I know you are in TB, so I will chat you up in PM as time goes on. I am in a Keeper League without a QB and there arent many left as they are already owned. Freeman or Henne would have the most value in the league I am in.
MASON is always underrated and a solid WR2. I love having him on my fantasy team because I can get him really late and he always proves a tremendous value.
I hate to revisit the discussion but where does this guy fit into fantasy world? I realize it depends on the draft and if they can secure a WR1 but what does the signing of Brown do for Freeman? I see it as an addition of a redundant WR2 at best, as they have a plethora of WR2 or 3 already.
Raiders Draft
1.8 DAVIS - After seeing CAMPBELL in combine, he would be a better pick here, although the injuries do still bother me a bit. DAVIS would still provide a wall on the left side for Capt. Skittles.
2.7 JONES - DT is a dire need for the Raiders and I chose the best one left on...
Chiefs Draft
1.5 OKUNG - Absolute no brainer here, brings elite skill to a O line that desperately needs a pillar on the left side. OKUNG is the top OL in the draft and s a natural fit for the Chiefs.
2.4 GRESHAM - May be criticized for taking a TE here but his talent was too much to pass...
The consensus of who? THOMAS a top 5 WR? Clearly you are a Georgia Tech Fan or believe what you read WAY too much! Everthing I read has BENN rated higher AND going higher in the draft than THOMAS. Four sources - Draft Debacled and Walter Football, Draft Countdown, FF Toolbox...... Where is...
I chose SAPP because he is an absolute beast and will bolster a weak LB core in Kansas City. I would use him in the OLB position primarily as the Chiefs are decent at DE, although he could augment the D-Line at times. Just a nose over the nameless wonder.
I posted a thread in these regards, it really depends on how the surgery went. IMO, I think he has amazing value, especially since DWILL will be an FA in 2011 and they do not have enough $ to keep them both. Since they chose JStew number 14 overall, to me it shows a commitment to the Late Show...
Runnik your Bay area blinders are awe inspiring. I am confident that there will be at LEAST 4-5 other WR who will have a more successful career than this little little man. I hope he proves me wrong but he is TINY......... I think he will have a very limited role wherever he falls and is a...
