Per a league source, Jackson gets a $10 million signing bonus and a $750,000 base salary in 2012. He gets a $6.75 million base salary in 2013, and $4 million of that is fully guaranteed while the rest is guaranteed only against injury. Of his $10.25 million 2014 salary, only $250,000 is fully guaranteed and $250,000 is guaranteed against injury. He's eligible for a $250,000 workout bonus in each year of the deal, and his base salaries for the final two years are not guaranteed.
Why? All they do is win, and they make moves that makes sense. I am not a vick fan, but I see why they did it when you see the O-line they were stuck with. Jackson may now revert since the money is in his pocket. he may not, but the contract is friendly to drop him if needed later on. It also gives Maclin the protection he needs too.Philly just isn't the smartest of clubs IMO.

My concern in Philly is lack of LB moves, and OL jettison. If they don't get some help on the O-line....this could be ugly again.
Okay they resigned Herremens. Traded away Winston, probably will lose Mathis. Jackson the old Center was released. I think I am missing one though.which OL jettison? they did just re-sign herremans, and i'm hoping mathis is just a matter of time...
All they do is win??? how many superbowl wins do the eagles have again?
It was just a dream:whistle: take it easy :grin:They pretty much under achieved last season IMO or sucked compared to what was expected.
