Which 5 Would You Rather Have?

Damn, that's a easy one, you even quoted it for me:

Reading comprehension not a strong point for you I see. You use a question to e who brought the issue up as my declarative statement??? Where do I take ownership of a declining skill set? Go ahead don't feel a need to rush to the keyboard this time. The use of "decline" being limited to what you want it claim is not what you need. Decline is only being defined as strictly "skills" by you and e-.

If you weren't making trying to make an argument that he is showing a declining skill set than why did you respond?? I didn't call you out by name so you would have had to assume it was you and then made the decision to try to defend your argument.....notice, I said nothing about declining numbers....I was very specific: declining skill set

And you responded that is was EASY....here are YOUR WORDS again

You actually asked for a "logical argument". I gave you one, and yes it was easy.

So....you still want to claim you never stated his skills were declining??? YOu may want to realize what you are posting next time.....

Please show where I made that claim if you can. I realize what I posted, please feel free to do the same.

damn, you may backpedal quick enough to cover Marshall....your words are posted....backpedal all you want.....your argument reeks....your backpedaling just proves it even more......

You even admit you made the argument....then the next sentance you ask where you did.....seriously??? you don't know what side it up in your story do you???

Back to the draft, your back and forth is silly and boring....

It isn't backpedaling when it isn't there M. What is silly is your inability to admit you jumped to conclusions.

With the draft over and since CC really wants to tell everyone how he really didn't mean what he wrote many times in this thread.....let the fun continue.....

But if he doesn't feel his skill set is in decline then I guess there really isn't a disagreement since all along all my comment was:
Sorry, I don't see how anyone can make a logical argument that a guy who has surpassed 100 rec in each ofc the last 3 years and is only 26 is showing a declining skill set.
And if CC does not feel his skill set is in decline then I guess he really agrees with me and is not making the argument that his skill set is in decline.

Late to the.. umm.. party, and I didn't read all 5 pages, but I'd go with team 1 due to the fact that it's the only team with 2 young keeper studs in Wells and Maclin.
Also, Peyton loses a tiny bit of value in a format that devalues QB touchdowns, so Eli isn't as much of a downgrade as it may appear.

See ya. Your game playing is tiresome. Point out you are wrong and you ban or limit access. Been there done that.

I don't agree with your approach/tactics. Still waiting for you to point out when I made the allegation? Attempted to make a point but I'm not surprised it was totally misinterpreted by you and e.

Good luck.

There was nothing misinterpreted. You stated that Marshall was in a three year decline and in another post later on, you ask "how do you defend no decline in skill"? You said flat out that his skills were in decline. How is this misinterpreted?

You made a lame argument and then try to weasel your way out of it. It's only a FF website. Not big deal to admit you said something stupid. Your point was that a drop in YPC over the last two years was evidence that Marshall's skills are in decline. You were wrong. No big deal............

Easy - compared to where he started there has been signs of a decline. I don't believe you will find in any of my posts that as a result he is no longer an upper tier WR.

Guess I don't have to, you have stated many times you did not say or mean what you wrote above. All I did was make the above comment that I still stand by 100%....someone else came behind me, and disagreed stating the above quote which says there have been signs of decline.....since my post was talking about a declining skill set I guess that person was clearly talking about his decline is stats or something else completely irrelevant to my comment.....guess that was obvious or something by their reaction.

But again, you never stated his skills are in decline and my comment all along is that no one can possibly make a logical argument that his skill set is in decline at the age of 26 coming off of 3 straight 100 catch seasons. So it sounds like we are in agreement then.

i'd go with team 1 for pretty much the same reasoning . . . but if team 3 had a lil better rb situation, i'd rather go in the draft with 5 skills and looking for a qb . . . ;)
