Big Game???? Sure it is.... The Packers are even up at 4-4 and Minny has a nice lead in the division. The Packers are close to the Black Hole.... must win?... Don't have to but the gravitational pull on the back of their pants is getting mighty strong. Lose this and they get real close to getting sucked into a place where no playoff chances exist.

The Cowboys on the other hand went into Eagles territory last week and stole the division lead. Stole! The Damm Lead!

I love the drama this game offers and it should be exciting to to see the Pack put up a fight at home. "to the last I grapple with thee; from Hell's heart I stab at thee; for hate's sake, I spit my last breath at thee.

Dallas wins. Romo has been hot as of late. Green Bay has a horrendous offensive line. Rodgers has no time in the pocket to get the ball downfield to Jennings. They've given up so many sacks so far this year, I think they on pace for 70 + sacks given up. Which is killing Rodgers' fantasy points this year. Rodgers does hold onto the ball too long some times, so the o-line isn't fully to blame. Another weak spot in Green Bay is the running game, or lack there of. Grant just can't get anything going this year.

Greenbay is playing for pride now. This could be a trap game for Dallas. They are high as a kite after beating the Eagles to take sole possession of first place in the NFC east.

Then again, Greenbay's O-line has been absolutely putrid.

All in all though, call it gut feeling, but I will take the packers at home to pull an upset.

It has never taken much time to hit jennings on the slant but rodgers has forgotten that play. Hell, it's a hot read! I agree that this is a trap game for Dallas though and it is the trap game I posted about but didn't leave the names of the teams.

Then again, Greenbay's O-line has been absolutely putrid.

It's not nearly as bad as it is being viewed as. It's almost like I am reading the same media clips from a few years back when Houston's o-line was getting hammered.

The problem is the quarterback. His 3 second mental clock runs out at 2.5 and he has no clue how to get rid of the football.

Could the line be playing better? yes. Would it be playing better if there was a more competent quarterback under center? probably.

An NFL offensive line can only protect for so long. They depend on a quarterback to be able to read the defense, make quick checkdowns, and get rid of the football. They can't last when the quarterback is dead set on looking for downfield plays. Only takes a few plays like that for the line to get tired. Only takes a few games like that for the offensive line to start shutting down on the team. Just as David Carr and the Houston Texans.

Aaron Rodgers = David Carr, only Rodgers has a little more talent (maybe), and a whole lot more talent at the wide receiver position (clearly). Both are bad decision makers, and neither are team leaders.

This is probably the least Big of the big games. Traditionally, very big. For the Packers this may be their last chance to make any real noise this year.

It's big in terms of Green Bay needing to win in order to keep some feeble playoff hopes alive, and so the media can swoon over Aaron Rodgers if he throws for alot of yards in a win.

It's big for Dallas as a win would ensure the team remains in first place in the NFC East, and gets another conference win, should there be any tiebreakers involved.

No, the Vikings are still winning :pickle:

Really? are you really in a position to make viking jokes?

Since the cowgirls haven't won a playoff game in i don't know how long i think you really should keep that pretty mouth of yours shut.
