Lynch wants out of Buffalo

His attitude must really suck if someone isn't willing to give up a four for him. He certainly doesn't have a lot of miles on him.
No, but he has two major criminal investigations, and is facing a long, long suspension if he blows up again. THAT is why teams aren't touching him yet. But once someone gets hurt.......

Marshawn Lynch has "zero trade value" right now, according to ESPN.com's Tim Graham.

"No matter how much he wants to posture and get his way off the team, the Bills can't get anything in return for him," said Graham. "He has so much baggage that other teams don't want to trust him." Lynch's hands are pretty much tied at this point. His only option is to return to Buffalo and play the role of the good soldier while trying to rehabilitate his image.

What a waste. Would rather "keep it real" and be a thug than be an NFL star...........:shake:

Marshawn Lynch has returned to Buffalo and is planning to "attend" OTAs on Tuesday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

It's nice he'll be "attending" again, but the real issue is whether he practices. Lynch was in Orchard Park two weeks ago, but oddly only to work out in the weight room. He didn't even introduce himself to new coach Chan Gailey.

BUF - Marshawn Lynch to attend OTA Tuesday - Tue Jun 15, 11:19 AM
Buffalo Bills RB Marshawn Lynch is back in Buffalo and planning to attend the team's organized team activity Tuesday, June 15, reports ESPN's Adam Schefter, according to someone who has spoken with Lynch.

rotoworld,
After practicing for the first time this offseason Tuesday, Marshawn Lynch denied that he ever asked the Bills to trade him.

"There wasn't no expression, but with the way that things were looking, it looked like it was a possibility," Lynch said. "If it would've happened, it would've happened. If it didn't, I'm back and I'm here to practice." Lynch finally met with coach Chan Gailey and offered: "Let's get this thing rolling. Already had it rolling, but let me come add my wheel to it."

rotoworld,
After practicing earlier in the week, Marshawn Lynch was absent from the final day of Bills OTAs on Thursday.

Thursdays practice was part of voluntary OTAs, and veterans Lee Evans and Marcus Stroud also skipped out. Lynch is already behind in Chan Gailey's offense after skipping the entire offseason program, so in that sense it's somewhat surprising that he didn't stick around to catch up.

ESPN's Adam Schefter thinks that Marshawn Lynch will be a Bill this season.

Schefter says that with two relatively cheap years left on Lynch's contract, the Bills aren't going to give him up for a fourth-rounder. Schefter adds that Lynch impressed the coaches with his talent after finally showing up last week. Still, we're expecting Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller is handle the vast majority of touches.

Bills | Looking to create mismatches with Spiller Sat Jul 10, 02:36 PM
Tony Jones, from BuffaloBills.com, reports Bills head coach Chan Gailey recently commented on the versatility of rookie RB C.J. Spiller. "We can split him out and try to create a mismatch out wide," Gailey said. "It just creates a lot of matchup problems in our opinion with defenses. I know in talking to George Edwards, our defensive coordinator, he said every time you have a guy like that you better know where he is on the field, you better know what his assignment is and what he does from that spot. So we feel we have a chance to create some very good matchups in our favor with a guy like C.J."
Our view: We expect the Bills to use Spiller in a similar fashion to the way the Saints use Reggie Bush. Spiller is quick, fast, explosive, and elusive in the open field. He's a threat to score any time he touches the football, and is always looking for the big play. Spiller will split time in the backfield (in addition to being split out wide) with veteran Fred Jackson. Third-string RB Marshawn Lynch may not get many touches unless one of the two backs in front of him gets hurt.
