Lynch wants out of Buffalo

From rotoworld,

The Buffalo News passes along "word within the locker room" that Marshawn Lynch would like to be traded this offseason.

Lynch's off-field trouble has ruined his trade value, as no team wants to deal for him only to lose him to a suspension the next time he runs afoul of the law. The Bills are under no pressure to ship him out, but they could consider a draft-weekend trade if coach Chan Gailey lands his desired scat-back. For now, it's clear that Lynch won't be regaining his starting job even with a new coaching staff in town. Apr. 4 - 7:10 am et

Mr. Lynch had better clean up his act or he'll not only get out of Buffalo but he'll find himself out of the NFL.

...and they should get rid of the lazy criminal! Get Fred some help and they are good!

From a fantasy perspective, I would like to see him end up in San Diego. I think he would do well in that offense. Good inside runner who can catch the ball. Plus, SD wouldn't have to use an early round pick on RB and he can probably be had for a 3rd or 4th rounder at this point. Pretty cheap for a young, talented and troubled back..........

every Jackson owner wants him out of Buffalo as well.

What about NE giving him another shot? Anyway Buffalo would trade him inter-division.

I like it.

San Diego's had their share of off-field problem children over the past few years.. I don't know that they would consider adding one after their collective act is finally getting cleaned up.
My immediate thought was Philly to give a backfield mate to McCoy. Similar skillset except Lynch is bigger and sturdy enough to take some short-yardage and goalline work. Plus the 2 teams have dealt in the recent past (Jason Peters) and Reid has shown he's not averse to taking risks on character guys.

Except the Eagles have Mike Bell and the FB to do that work, and don't want the head aches :nono:

I like Lynch to SD! Perfect fit!

How about Portis and Campbell to Buffalo? It's pretty obvious they aren't welcome in Washington anymore.

NE would be a good landing spot as well. I don't think Buffalo would be that concerned about trading him to a divisional team. At this point, they have to be concerned about getting the most value in order to improve their talent base.

has he done anything wrong since his suspension other than lose his starting job on a team without much offense? . . . i don't think it would be hard to lose your motivation in buffalo . . . lol . . . i'd like to see him in the texans backfield to platoon with slaton, etc.

See, that's the frustrating thing because I think Lynch has the talent to be a top-5 RB in the league. He just appears to have a forever flickering light bulb.

I'm not saying Lynch doesn't have talent. He could be good if he straightens up his act. For now, his image is scarred, and his production is suffering.

rotoworld,

Marshawn Lynch has reportedly been in a feud of sorts with Bills legend Thurman Thomas since last summer.

Thomas, who makes his home in the Buffalo area, has reached out as a mentor to some of the team's young players. Lynch, however, has been "dismissive" of the Hall of Famer, who in turn has advocated for the team to cut ties with the oft-troubled back. While it appears to be nothing more than a local soap opera, it won't help Lynch's standing with the organization.
