RB LenDale White and DT Keven Vickerson are traded to the Seahawks for a swap of 4th and 6th round picks.

But we all knew this was coming

I got J.Ringer off the waiver wire right after the draft last season in my dynasty league to the chagrin of some that also wanted Ringer.

The Seattle Seahawks grabbed the spotlight as the final four rounds of the NFL draft began Saturday, dealing for running backs LenDale White from the Tennessee Titans and Leon Washington from the New York Jets.

So the Jets take McKnight and say good bye to Washington....interesting. Mcknight does nothing for me. Too much flash not enough substance. Dances instead of hitting the hole.

could be a good combination . . . and with forsett and jones the competition is on if they only keep 3 . . . they might be able to keep washington on pup for awhile . . .

Saskatchewan Roughriders?

You may or may not be right about them taking him King but you do get bonus points for spelling it.

I live less than 100 miles from Canada, so I am pretty much Canadianized by now. The toughest part spelling 'Saskatchewan Roughriders' is the 'Roughriders' part since most teams in the CFL are either nicknamed 'Roughriders' or 'Rough Riders.'

I know Seahawk fans are on a "draft high" and rightfully so, but having three average running backs does not make a good committee. Washington had a rod put in his leg, so will he be as shifty as before? White was a goal line back running behind a good line, which Seattle doesn't have (yet anyway). I like Forsett the best of the group, but he's unproven.

Just not excited about that group. If they are really smart, they go after Lynch. He has so much more talent than those guys and maybe Carroll can get him to focus.

It is an improvement in both ability and potential. I don't think any Seahawks fan is thinking seriously about the postseason, we are thinking about building a contender, which will take some time. Those RBs are an improvement to what we had, will hopefully be decent enough to keep our QB alive, and maybe we will get lucky and one of them turns out to be pretty good.

Definitely an improvement. Get rid of Jones. If Leon Washington is fully recovered, he can add a lot.
