Putting on a show vs Seattle.
 
Really nice game by Gore. Too bad I had him on the bench in II. We're a long ways from the season end my fine feathered friend but if it was over today I'd agree that I was dead wrong. Let's see how he holds out.
 
Gore had x-rays after the game and it has been determined that he has bruised ribs. With a bye week coming he should be good to go by the next game.

Frank Gore downplayed the bruised ribs that kept him out of the game as the 49ers ran out the clock Thursday night.
Gore played through the injury after getting hit in the back in the second quarter. "I'll be alright. Coach wants me to be smart," Gore said about leaving the game late in the fourth quarter. "We've got a long season, a tough road down the stretch." Gore has 10 days to rest up for the Cardinals on Monday Night Football in Week 8.
