You're drafting 1st and it's going to be a QB, who do you take?

There are "rumors" that Bill and Chris Polian prefer Baylor QB Robert Griffin III over Stanford QB Andrew Luck at No. 1 overall.

Lombardi has repeatedly "promised" that Griffin will either be drafted first or second overall. "I promise you he'll be the second pick of the draft," Lombardi said of RG3. "He could be the first pick. I can't promise you that, but Luck and Griffin are going to go 1-2 in some combination. I can promise you that."



So what say you, Outlaws? With the 1st pick of the draft do you take Luck or RG3?

Nice plan but I doubt you could get the second pick for Peyton.

Sigh, you can't trade Peyton. That would mean you paid him $28 million, and he has that huge contract sitting there. No way they deal for that, not knowing if he can play.

No, you take luck. They are used to pocket Qbs in Indy, and Luck is perfect fit. You then use cap space you saved to resign Wayne and/or Garcon....and hope to god Clark is back and healthy.

If I have the first pick, I hire a PR house to espouse the Gold and Green that is RG3.
Convince the team at number 2 I'm going for RG3.
Then, trade places for a hefty fee.

I get Luck plus a juicy pick in next years first or second round.
They get a bust.

Because a bust he will be, RG3.
Unless he goes to a team that doesn't need him right now.
Because I simply don't believe.
