WRs: No extension for Dwayne Bowe or Wes Welker

The Kansas City Chiefs and WR Dwayne Bowe failed to reach an agreement on a long-term contract before the deadline Monday, July 16.

The New England Patriots did not sign WR Wes Welker to a long-term contract extension before the deadline.
