To me it was Archie Manning. He had nothing around him and still Made the Hall of fame. Imagine what he could have done with a good team.

Not sure on Capp. I didn't take Brees into account. He is still playing...and may yet get a title. If we are counting Brees I would put him right after Marino....if his career continues as is.
