I honestly dont see any NFL team kicking down his agents door to sign him for what he will want to be paid, he will have to settle for a lot less cash. IMO he is a season away from being done.
Buffalo does need RB help
I think Tomlinson is one of the rare guys smart enough to know if he wants to continue to play, he has to take alot less money.
Honestly, I wouldn't mind seeing Tomlinson is a Fins uniform. Thing is, the Fins' RB situation is so up in the air after this year and Tomlinson is so obviously declining, I don't know if it would add any stability.
Brown's sixth year has been optioned, so he's back. Ricky's back, but this is probably his last year. Cobbs is coming off a major injury, so there's no telling how he'll do, or even if he'll make the team. The Fins also have Lex Hilliard and Kory Sheets, who are intriguing in their own right. But after this upcoming season, who knows?
:headscratch: They have Fred Jackson and Marshawn Lynch. How many backs does a team need?Buffalo does need RB help
.....and he is emphasizing the fact that he wants to mentor a young guy. This makes lots of sense for him and the Vikes and it's not like they are losing big time on the swap. (losing Taylor)He'd be a decent complimentary back to AP. Plus, the Vikes are a playoff contender. He wants to play in the post-season, I'm sure.
