Cleveland needs to poop or get off the pot with their starting QB situation. They have so many other areas that could be fixed with the proper trade of either Quinn or Anderson, not to mention all the cap dollars they have tied up in one position that hinders their pursuit of free agents.
I understand the value of having QB depth in this day and age, but there used to be a saying that went something like "If you have 2 starting QB's, you really have none"
Harrell will be fine as a #3 clipboard guy until he adapts, and obviously Mangina thinks highly of preseason warrior Ratliff or they wouldn't have insisted upon getting him from NY in the draft day deal to move out of the 5 spot.
Quinn has much more upside, but would bring more back in a trade. Anderson at least has a productive season on his resume', but wouldn't snare as much return.
