What Player Went Undrafted You Believe Shouldn't Have?

I dont think so. Harrell is a great system QB, but even in HS he played in a spread offense. He is going to have to do some practice squad time and show he can operate in a pro offense.

Cleveland needs to poop or get off the pot with their starting QB situation. They have so many other areas that could be fixed with the proper trade of either Quinn or Anderson, not to mention all the cap dollars they have tied up in one position that hinders their pursuit of free agents.
I understand the value of having QB depth in this day and age, but there used to be a saying that went something like "If you have 2 starting QB's, you really have none"
Harrell will be fine as a #3 clipboard guy until he adapts, and obviously Mangina thinks highly of preseason warrior Ratliff or they wouldn't have insisted upon getting him from NY in the draft day deal to move out of the 5 spot.
Quinn has much more upside, but would bring more back in a trade. Anderson at least has a productive season on his resume', but wouldn't snare as much return.

I will have to disagree with you, at least for this year. Both of their qb's went down last year so that automatically should give them pause to discard either. They are still young and if there were not injury concerns before last year until we see them up and running to evaluate they are 100% you need that depth/security as the team around them is changing.

That said I think Quinn will be establish himself as their starting QB but I can't emphasize enough the need for someone who is able to step in immediately if needed - and I am not talking about a bad quarter of play and rotating field generals either.

Harrell will not be helping this team if he has to step on the field this year.
