My .25 entry

Palmer
Freeman
Gurley
Fitzgerald
Ty Hilton
M Bryant
L Green
Lamar Miller
Falcons

Hard to leave out Hopkins but getting difficult to have both Hopkins and Freeman in the lineup and wanted to stack Palmer Fitz.

ver the Patriots' last three games, Blount has carried 47 times for 245 yards, while Lewis has ran 18 times for 92 yards and racked up 16 catches for 107 yards in that span.

Plus Lewis has that abdomen injury

Against Jax, Indy, and Dallas. Not a single top 10 rushing D.

The Jets rank #2 in yards per game and have only given up 1 rushing TD all year. It's pretty much the worst possible matchup.

Gates seems like the top play at te but his injury has me concerned. Had him in all my lineups but replaced him in Kelsey in a few. About the same price. Pittsburgh d not exactly stout. Also thinking about Green. If Gates is on a pitch count or out Green becomes attractive. And at 2900 vs. 5000 for Gates frees up some money.

Yeah..Ladarius becomes an awesome play on Sunday if Gates sits out. Def something to watch.

Oakland has been massacred by TEs this year

I also though Blount was a suprising choice, but JJ seems to making good calls so believe he has a good formula. I am just hoping to get a good formula as well.

Im not doubting his ability to make good calls...Im just trying to see if there's any real logic there.

In a format where you can literally have any RB in football that you want within your salary cap, I don't know why you'd ever want to pick the 1 RB going against the top rushing D in football

I'm am just looking at price and for Blounts price I don't see anyone imo who would score more than him at that price. My decision is partly on dions health and the fact that pats put up big points every week

I'm thinking 60 yards and 1 td plus a few catches at minimum

There is never any rhyme or reason when it comes to the patriots

Makes sense. Thanks for the explanation.

How about RBs who are cheaper than Blount?

Lamar Miller looked pretty good last week with the new coaching regime. Facing Houston which is an average matchup.

Woodhead against Oakland? If you're hoping for 12-14 points from Blount, you could almost certainly get it from this guy who is averaging about 12 points per game and is facing Oakland. San Diego seems to be growing weary of giving Gordon a ton of touches with no return on their investment every week.

McFadden could be a sneaky play. The receiving running backs have performed very well against the NYG, and that could easily be McFadden's role. Or maybe you want to gamble on Christine Michael.

Alfred Morris might be worth a look vs Tampa Bay. Could look to Matt Jones too with Chris Thompson looking like hes out for this game.
