Finally got through it, love the rankings as always! But yikes, your really taking some big, lets say "risks" this week. Just some things that jump out.
Romo vs Cassel - I have to go the total opposite way and switch these guys. Romo has been amazing for fantasy (brutal in real life). In the deep end, I mentioned I am rolling with Cassel as well as a bye week replacement for manning but no way Cassel goes ahead of Romo. One of the reasons Cassel did so good against Houston is also the fact that Houston has a great O, so KC had to score to keep pace. I dont see the Jags doing that, so KC will be a little more conservative. Still good game, but not ahead of Romo good.
For RBs, mine are very very similar. The one guy I would move down a bit is Fred Jackson (we discussed him last time too), the Ravens D is amazing, and the bills are still the bills. Give me whoever starts in Denver, and the backup in denver given the raiders brutal run D.
Oh, and as RC mentioned on the Deep End, watch out for McGahee. I also like his chances this week. This game could be over early, and McGahee could get some nice garbage time yards, and even sneak a TD in. He has to be in the early 30s rank this week for me, as a sneaky sleeper.
And WRs, wow on Knox, really just 1 good game, still no TDs. I love Boldin this week since its the Bills so I move Boldin up a bit, knock Knox down a bit. Knox is a sleeper play for me too, but just not that high.
And just want to say for the D - SCREW YOU MINNY!!!!! :shake:
Q & A time:
1 - Knox? Obviously his ranking is partly due to the fact that Washington couldnt cover us properly. But top 10 also means a lot of actual talent. You see him actually being a decent WR2 going forward?
2 - Colston? Exact same thing as above. The guy has done absolutely nothing, and in most leagues can be had relatively cheap. Maybe a Harvin/Owens if his owner is panicking? But surely for a Welker? I aint buying on him at all, but just wondering what people are thinking on him.
3 - Miles Austin outside the top 10? Whats the deal? I mean, for all the complaining about our Oline, outside the titans game, Romo has been sacked, 1 time! Megatron got away from the giants, and the colts also carved them up. They did destroy the Houston O which is good, but the rest was beating on Carolina - Titans - Chicago, not exactly passing teams. Is the giants D this good? Or is this more, that Dallas will implode on MNF? I couldnt help but notice the trend that Dallas players are a little lower then where I have them, thats not good.....
