Week 10 - need 1 Helu, Holmes or Ford

Do you pick Helu who could go for 2 or 20 but seems to be in line for all the carries this week?

Do you pick S. Holmes who can give you a solid 10, but not until the 4th quarter and not much more but probably not much less

Do you pick J Ford who seems to have some chemistry with Palmer and is an unknown with 1 solid week under his belt?
