I actually see NE winning this game. In fact, I am seriously thinking of benching Manning for Favre this week due to this. NE will get to Manning, and lately they seem out of sync. Add to that an explosive NE offense, vs. a weakened Indy secondary....and I think NE wins. It could be a good game...but NE wins.

Hmm...well they should have won.

Not sure on my views for the 4th down call. Do you really want to give Manning 2+ minutes after punting the ball?

Had Faulk caught it clean, it would have been a first down, they would have locked the game up...and Belichick would have been a genius. Gutsy call.....but it cost him the game.

As for any who will say this meant he did not trust his defense.....eh. He had to know he might not make it....so doesn't that put more pressure ON the defense?

Oh well...sigh.. thems the breaks.
