I need to pick up a WW defense for week 1. I have a few decent options, here they are...

Standard scoring w/ 6 pts for a kick return TD -

ARI vs Car
NYG @ Wash
ATL @ Chi
OAK @ Den
CHI vs Atl
KC vs Buf

Who would you use?

Im also going with AZ the first 3 weeks. CAR allowed most points to opposing Defenses last year. If I didnt have AZ i would go CLE.

Arizona's defense has three matchups in their favor until their Week 6 bye: Week 1 against the Panthers, Week 2 against the Redskins, and Week 3 against the Seahawks. After that they have the Giants and the Vikings.

The Giant's defense looks to have even more favorable matchups until their week 7 bye as they'll see the Redskins and Rams in the first two weeks, then it's Philly who might give them some problems, and then they'll play the Cardinals, the Seahawks, and the Bills.

Based on that I'd role with the Giants as my first choice, the Cardinals as my second.

I would consider NYG for week 1 but not 2 or 3 against STL and PHI.
