Question is if this will really be good enough. They threw in another 100 million that the Vikings have to pay.

In my opinion, that is why it passed. That extra $100 million will be a deal breaker for the Vikings and NFL, the NFL has already come out and stated they are ****ed over it. This was the House's way of pushing it through, and not taking heat from constituents when the Vikings leave.

The Senate passed a bill that was 25 million over the original agreement.

The House was actually 105 over - so now they have 80 million to settle before they pass a full bill.

Regardless of what they come up with it the Vikings have to agree to it.

committees of the house and Senate have agreed to the new senate bill, so Vikings get $75 million less added. Still have to eat $35 million more than expected, but supposedly Vikings signed off on it. Now has to be revoted in house, and then city has to approve and governor sign the bill. But it is really starting to look like they will stay.
