He has been all over talk radio today from Miami. It is almost impossible to listen to. He say "you know" about every five seconds. I feel for him. I had to turn it off.

"You know" and "Like". Not just him all those young whipper snappers. Drives me crazy too.

I didn't expect it. I kept hearing about how polished he was. They need to work on that.

I turned off two more interviews of him the next day. His people really need to get a handle on this. He does not come across well at all and applying for a position where polish is a plus!
