Just got offered this trade

I give

Daniel Thomas, Shonn Greene, Santana Moss

I get

Wes Welker, Pierre Thomas

Team would be:

QB - Vick, Flacco
RB - S. Jackson, R. Mathews, McGahee, Torain, P. Thomas
WR - V-jax, Welker, Boldin, D. Nelson
TE - V. Davis


Im basically giving up most of my depth but it gives me a solid starting lineup

You would be getting a solid team and thats all you need come fantasy playoff time. Your basically getting Welker and he is getting rid of some trash(P thomas). Shonn is trash to some but could be another mans "treasure" because being a starting RB carries alot of weight in fantasy. He is nothing more than a bye week fill in
The only thing that concerns me is jacksons health and your weekly flex.
I don't know if any of your other RB are flex material every week or if Boldin or Nelson are good enough either
If you believe in Jackson and you believe you have a decent flex option then it is a great deal.
I like D. Thomas but he seems to have some health issues missing 2 out of 4 weeks is not a good start.
Maybe see if he will take Torain while his value is up instead of greene.

Hard to turn down Welker.

What's he averaging? 50 pts a game?

Kills your depth but hey....certainly YOUR guys won't get injured.

Yah, i ok'd the trade over the phone with him. Now he's having second thoughts lol. Thanks for the input. I'm really happy with the team overall if the trade goes through
