Trade advice..should I accept?

Hey all, got this trade offer...what do you think??

Guy has offered me Tom Brady, Tim Hightower, and Marion Barber for....Michael Turner and Joe Flacco

Here is my team before the trade:

Addai, Joseph RB IND
Turner, Michael RB ATL
Henderson, Devery WR NO
Washington, Nate WR TEN
Wayne, Reggie WR IND
Shiancoe, Visanthe TE MIN
Kaeding, Nate K SD
Vikings DST

Bench

Anderson, Derek QB ARI
Sproles, Darren RB SD
Taylor, Chester RB CHI
Breaston, Steve WR ARI
Boss, Kevin TE NYG

I know I need some wide receiver loving...but what do you think? Accept trade or no...it is tempting

The meat of this trade sounds like its T.Brady for Turner & Flacco

MBIII has been a disappointment thus far as has the Cowboys as a whole

MBIII Stats: 19 carries for 70 yards 3.7avg per and zero TD's

Hightower Stats: 24 carries for 169 yards 7.0 avg 2 TD's

I would try a counter offer of Brady, Hightower and a WR (as your a little thin) for Flacco and Turner

I would go cctekguy route and accept right away. You can try a counter but there is always a chance he might realize the dangers with Turner and get scared, or end up trading Brady elsewhere if you try that. I just dont see how week 3 ends, and Brady value doesnt take a bump up. The bills are not going to stop him.
