Titans give Bo Scaife "franchise" tag

... And now the "franchise" tag has officially become a complete joke. Scaife was the team's leading receiver I guess, for whatever that's worth. In this case, apparently $4.5 million. Pretty sad that the team couldn't work out a contract with an average tight end.

I don't like the Titans's chances of getting 2 first round picks in return for this guy.
