Change of pace question for ya, Chris.

Would you make this trade if you were in my situation.

My team-
Schaub, Eli
ADP, Rice, Foster, B. Jackson
Austin, Cal J., Floyd, Tate, little white guy from StL
Z. Miller, Celek, Gresham

12 team PPR w/ 6 all TD's. QB/2RB/2WR/TE. I'm 2-3, and 3 out of first. Only allowed 4 RB and 5WR slots.

Would you accept a trade of Rivers and Deangelo for Rice and Eli? I love my depth, but how much furthur can I fall behind before pulling the trigger on a trade? FWIW, the guy offering me the deal is tied with me, and REALLY hurting at RB this week. (DWill, Betts, P. Thomas, F. Jackson)
