Hello Anna, welcome to the site!

First of all for your first team its not a bad one and you can certainly win some games with it.

For this weeks matchups I would play:

QB: Roethlisberger vs. San Diego. I think he will have a big game in one that Pitt needs will come out fired up after the debacle last week

RB: unfortunately Deangelo Williams is on a bye so Bradshaw and McFadden will be your starters by default

WR: Boldin, Williams and Smith will be your starters nearly every week that they're not on a bye. You could use a little bit of depth here. Looks like you'll have to start Bryant this week with Boldin and Curtis on byes

TE: I would start Keller for as long as Hasselbeck is injured

DEF: NY- if its the Giants or the Jets its still better then the Redskins

If there are any players on the waiver wire that you are curious about I would be happy to give my opinion on them to you.

Good Luck

Looking for some more help this week.
QB Warner is on a BYE I had picked up Eli for this but is Sanchez for real??? a shootout against the saints!!!
RB Westie is on a bye and all my other options are backups was thinking Bradshaw but Coffee is available on waivers.
DEF I have Balt vs. struggling NE but am thinking about SAN FRAN vs. STL
Once again any thoughts appreciated!!

I love Coffee vs. St. Louis he should do very well.

I think Sanchez is more of a game manager and would start Eli for your bye week replacement. The Bucs D is just so bad that they didn't have to do anything but run last week. He'll post good numbers again.

San Fran vs. St. Louis is a very nice play. I'm not ready to write off the Patriots offense just yet.

German CTL

Circle City Outlaw
Pick one QB -

Cutler vs Det
Schaub vs Oak

6 pts per TD, 1 pt per 25 yds, 2 pts per 25 yds after 300 yds

Thanks

I'm gonna go with Cutler this week. Schaub has been very very good the last two weeks, but I think that getting Steve Slaton going is going to be a priority against a weak Oakland run D this week.

(god I missed bad w/Edelman last week, sorry dude)

Thanks so much for the starting advice! My office league needed a 10th person so i got roped in and I am the only girl so I’m trying to learn this and ask advice instead of just claiming ignorance! (plus i would love to see thier faces if i won!)In the waiver I dropped Redskins for Glen Coffee. I choose several others but he was all that was left. do you think he has a shot?

Hey man, tough call in my league this week. I can start 3 of the following 5 wrs:

R. Moss vs. BAL
OchoCinco @ CLE
Manningham @ KC
Hester vs. DET
Coles @ CLE

Leaning towards the top three but let me know what you think. 1 pt per 20 yrds, 6 pts per td

Thanks in advance for the help.

Moss and Ocho for sure.

I think I would take Hester over Manningham due to the fact that NY shouldn't have to do a ton of passing in this game and there are so many targets that when the need to pass is over I'm not sure that Manningham will have a lot of yards.

Week 4 Help/ESPN League

Second team:

Three of: Rice, Sproles, Bradshaw and Grant. (I also have LT but I'm assuming he is out)

Two of: Garcon, Evans and Smith (Giants)-I'm leaning toward Garcon over Evans because my opponent has Peyton Manning.

One of: Gates and Keller

Thanks.

johnlines:

Rice, Sproles and Grant at RB (sounds like Bradshaw is banged up a bit) lousy matchups for Sproles and Grant though

I would sit Evans at WR b/c I think that Buffalo makes a very hard effort to get TO the ball this week after the 0 catches last week leaving Evans pretty useless.

Gates at TE- he's a must start imo every week regardless of matchups

Trade Advice

Would you trade Lee Evans, Braylon Edwards or Bernard Berrian for T.J. Houshmandzadeh ?

A person in our league has lost patience with him. I was thinking about Berrian or Edwards but would like to see what happens with Edwards with Anderson throwing him the ball again.

Thanks in advance (donation made)

I forgot to mention that Mike Simms Walker and D.Henderson are still on waiver wire, do you think T.J is still a better choice than them? Thanks

help

I am thinking of starting the following players:

QB: Flacco

WR1: Smith NYG
WR2: Jennings
WR3: Manningham

RB1: Benson
RB2: Thomas Jones

In my bench I have:
QB: Palmer

WR: Sims-Walker, Crayton
RB: Parker, Carnell Williams

What do you think? Originally I wanted to start Parker instead of Jones, but he seems to have turf toe... Also Buckhalter is available on the ww. I would have to drop Crayton for him. I also don't feel comfortable starting tow WRs from the same team. I am thinking of starting Sims-Walker instead of Manningham.

Thanks!
