Texans RB Adrian Foster: A distraction?

Is Adrian Fosters huge success as a running back distracting the Texans from winning? He has been great and fantasy owners who own him rejoice. But how about Texans fans? It has been said that Rbs need carries to establish a rhythm and be effective. But the same is true for the passing game, establishing a rhythm is important also. Has all this Foster success made for a passing game that is out of synch and can't be turned on when game situations demand it?

If that's true, then the only people to blame for the passing game's lack of success is Schaub, Andre Johnson and their 2009 egos. They were the dream team last year and should be joining fantasy owners and rejoicing that they can attack with a strong aerial and ground pursuit. Last year the RBBC was blamed but that didn't stop Schaub and Johnson from lighting up the boards.

Hail, if the Texans don't appreciate Foster he's more than welcome to run all over the NFC along side One Punch and Caddy :)

If this is a distraction, the Texans should consider themselves lucky to have a high caliber distraction in A.Foster most NFL teams wish they had.

Having Foster in the backfield should be an asset to the passing game and overall team success and not be a blamed for the Texans losing games as the offense is certainly not the problem.

Before doing any finger pointing, think where Houston would be without Foster ramming the rock :hmmm:

I'm with you guys in that I can't see how having one of the top RB's on their team could be a distraction.

I would argue that the injury to A.J. and the loss of confidence of Schaub due to that injury...oh and O.Daniels not being healthy and back is what led to the decline of the passing game, not that they had a real running game.
