Some talented but troubled players could be back on the Bucs Defense this year.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers CB Aqib Talib is not scheduled to undergo trial for aggravated assault with deadly weapon until March 26, 2012. So he might be playing for the Bucs this year. FS Tanard Jackson was suspended for a year last season and normally can't have any contact with the team for that period of time. But, since the current workouts aren't team orginized he is practicing with Buc teammates right now. He still has to go through the reinstatement process when the season starts. But it is a unique situation which allows him to interact with teammates right now.

Jackson could learn something. Talib is a punk, and though I hear the case against him is a pretty solid one, I still see this getting pled to probation.

Too bad for the Bucs defense, which is rapidly improving. Both these guys are young and very talented on the field.
Talib is, unfortunately, the poster child for drafting a guy with a history. When he came out of school he was the top rated DB in the draft, if memory serves, but he fell to the Bucs at #20 due to character concerns. Ever since then it's been one thing after another. Didn't he get in an actual fist fight right before his first training camp at the Rookie Orientation thing?

Some of the biggest off season problems for the Bucs came from it's Coaching Staff. This young Coach needs to line out his Staff if he wants his players to stay in line also!


They are just very lucky that Freeman seems to be the real deal and has grabbed the reigns of the team.
