1. Rawls, Lacy, Miller Don't know if Lacy can get back to form and have discipline, Miller will likely never have more than 200 carries a season. I might have lacy ahead of Rawls if he was disciplined in his workouts and training
2 Cooks, Landry, Hilton This one was easy for me. Cooks will produce how Hilton was always expected to do. Landry will be a ppr beast and Hilton just doesn't have a good track record of late
3 Kelce, Eifert, Reed I think Kelce is the toughest of the bunch and best overall long term. Eifert will have flashy years and be great long term but just short of Kelce I believe. Reed might pull out one or 2 more stud seasons like last one but doubt he plays a full season again. He is a awesome pass catcher but gets banged up

Lacy would normally be first, but he has weight issues, and is not high on HC's list. Plus they resigned Starks to share the load. I will go: L.Miller - he is the perfect back for that offense, and they will run him alot. Then Rawls, as again it is going to be a run heavy offense, and he will be lead back, but Christine Michael may take some touches as back up. Then go Lacy in a pass happy offense and with starks and others there.

This one is tougher for me. It really depends on scoring.
In a PPR world, I go Landry, then Cooks then Hilton. In a standard scoring I go Cooks then Hilton then Landry. Cooks is the key, they have gotten rid of Graham and Colston, so he has to be the guy opposite Snead. He could end up higher or lower than Hilton in standard scoring. Hilton has the opportunity, but they keep adding tools there, and he has to split catches.

Wow, another tough one.
Kelce finally broke totally out, as did Eifert. Reed had shown flashes before. With the Wr dearth right now in Cincy, I would say the stack goes Eifert, then Reed, then Kelce.

The big question for Lacy will be how far Jordy makes it back. If he comes all of the way back it's Lacy in a romp. Rawls is easily replaceable, and Miller under rated. I'm fine with my rankings in either ppr or non.
