Sleeper TE's

Here's a DEEP sleeper to keep an eye on, especially in dynasty leagues. Jordan Cameron, TE, Clev. Raw, but following the success of many others, this is a former basketball player making the transition. Has the raw ability, just needs some seasoning. With the success that some basketball crossovers have had, I'd take a long shot on this kid.

[h=2] sleepy guys here. Kevin Boss is gone so.......
Oakland Raiders: Brandon Myers vs. David Ausberry vs. Richard Gordon
[/h]Brandon Myers had 16 catches in 2011 and is considered the favorite. All three players are young, and the Raiders are hoping one of them busts out in training camp. At this point, it's impossible to say who that might be.

i think you almost have to go with elite TE's nowadays, if you miss theyre all kinda the same eh... i think tamme is already up on the radar with vernon davis etc as probably pretty solid - the super elite graham, gronk, and hernandez are where youd like to be i think

I do the exact opposite every year and it has served me well.

Last year I targeted Gronkowski and Graham in the late rounds, and while that was my most successful TE sleeper year ever, I think that the concept is sound in general. You can almost always find one or two elite TEs after the first 6 rounds. You just have to be mindful of ADP and situation. Guys like Jacob Tamme and Brent Celek are going around 120-140 in terms of ADP. I'd a lot rather take those risks than invest a second round draft pick in Gronkowski.

Fred Davis or Brandon Pettigrew are the TE's I'm targeting around the halfway point of the draft. They aren't exactly sleepers, but I like their chances to nearly match what the guys going several rounds earlier produce.
