Its tough to say. Thats not too bad a deal. But looking at your team, if it were mine, i wouldn't change a thing.
i wouldn't want to get rid of Battle and Graham is the best TE this year by far and you have arguably the # 2 Te as well So you could afford to loose one of those. I do like Julio better than manningham but there's too many questionmarks with hightower and morris could be just a temporary fix though it is tempting to have Best's cuff.
So for me the deal breaker is battle because he would be my flex.
Maybe murray has a good game this week and his trade value rises.

What are YOU getting out of the deal?

A TE you don't need, 2 RBs you don't need and a WR that might be a slight improvement to the one you are trading away.

If you're looking to move some of your excellent depth to improve you team, you better be looking at getting a QB you can start every week.

It's not that the deal is lopsided from a value perspective, but you aren't gettin anything that makes YOUR team better and I bet that other guy is getting exactly what he needs to beat you the next time you play him.

You would then be giving:

The premier TE in fantasy football for a guy slight below his level
A healthy WR on the premier offense in football for a guy who even when he comes back will be hurt and targeted all year
A RB who will ride out the season as his teams #1 for a guy playing for Mike Shannahan
A WR who cant cut it this year for the WR Rookie of the year who himself is injured.

You give up too much and this guy gets all he wants. No dice.

I guess you could do what you want. Tek said it best. The only position that you really need and not really that bad is QB. I think you and the other guy are just getting a little bored? Trading just for the sake of trading. I don't know how others teams look in your league but as it is you have a winning team. It looks like you are getting rid of 3 guys I would start every week and getting 1 i would start if that were my team.

But yeah if I trade Graham, I'll still have Gronkowski & Finley.

And when Johnson comes back he's a monster in PPR leagues.

It seems like a lot of times they forget about Jennings in Green Bay, because Rodgers has so many weapons.
