Seahawks TC Report

Got this off a Seahawks forum

Viewing the practice that i attended, i must say the definite stand out on the defense was Brandon Mebane, he blew up just about every run.

for those of you interested, Carlson tore it up on the offensive side of the ball.

but Rob Sims looks much more comfortable at LG with the release of Wahle and Unger has very quick feet for a lineman and should be stellar in the ZBS. Spencer had his flaws, but looked better then normal. Ray Willis also impressed as the first team RT.

other mentionable guys is definetly backup LB David Hawthorne, dude was everywhere, Big Play Babs was also everywhere. Deon Butler looked very fast, but it was obvious that Housh and Carlson were the main targets.

Daryl Tapp and Jamar Adams were also standouts when on the field for 11 on 11 drills, and Lofa and Leroy put on an absolute clinic for the LB drills

:hmmm:

Well, being lucky enough to attend sed practice, i found that Forsett got more carries at about a 3 to 1 ratio, as previously stated. However, Moore has stepped up big time and displayed great emotion as he ran. Forsett is looking very comfortable in the ZBS and actually appears miles ahead of JJones. Moore displays a break away speed that left me at aw.

FOOTBALL!
They practiced at Husky Stadium last night. If I wasn't too busy, I probably would have tried to attend. It sounds like Cory Redding has been impressive too. The defense could be really good this year.

Fock Ruskell is a MORON 'Hawks fans have been saying this for 2 freaking years. Weaver was prolly the most talented RB they had this year and he's wearing an Eagles jersey now

SEA - Looking to add another RB?
Source: Michael Lombardi - the National Football Post

Michael Lombardi, from the National Football Post, notes the Seahawks have had internal discussions about possibly being interested in adding another running back.

Julius Jones is far from the best feature back in the league, and the team would be wise to try and find more depth at the position. The Seahawks will be watching camp cuts, or could possibly bring in a veteran like Edgerrin James.
