4. Louisiana State Tigers
5. Wisconsin Badgers
6. Stanford Cardinal
7. Ohio State Buckeyes
8. Boise State Broncos
9. Nebraska Cornhuskers
10. Michigan State Spartans
11. Alabama Crimson Tide
12. Oklahoma State Cowboys
13. Iowa Hawkeyes
14. Arkansas Razorbacks
15. Virginia Tech Hokies
16. Mississippi State Bulldogs
17. Nevada Wolfpack
18. Utah Utes
19. Arizona Wildcats
20. Oklahoma Sooners
21. Missouri Tigers
22. Texas A&M Aggies
23. Florida Gators
24. South Carolina Gamecocks
25. Central Florida Knights

Lets break it down:
1-3 are as they should be. I think the Frogs can beat anyone in the country, but the Ducks and Tigers are the top dogs. Lets wait and see.

4 -LSU earned this. By hook, trick, gamble, or crook, they have taken care of business, and the win over Alabama was HUGE.

5-11 are just about how the chips fall.

12 - Oklahoma State should win by 20 this weekend in Austin and are in firm control of their destiny.

13-16 are as they fell

17 - Nevada. Ill call it now, I think the Wolfpack will beat Boise State. They are every bit as good as the Broncos, and I cant ever remember a team piling up almost 850 yards of offense.

18 - Utah, will be interesting to see how they handle the demolition

19-22 about as they should be.

23-25 are about as they should be.

22 - Texas A&M - The move to Tannehill at QB was a MONSTER move. If there is any team in the conference that may not lose again, its the Aggies.

called Nevada at midseason lol, stop stealing from my list of "things I'm bound to screw up"

Interesting thought, we KNOW Boise needs MASSIVE help to get in, they'll get hopped by at least 2 1 loss teams, maybe more.......look at the point gap TCU has over 1 loss LSU......with LSU out of the SEC title hunt, if Bama clips Auburn like they should, do you think TCU has enough to hold off the 1 loss teams for #2????

I think so. This is probably the best chance for a Non AQ team to do the job.

The thing with LSU, in my mind, is yeah, theyve rose to #4 on the strength of beating Alabama, but they havent had that one "asswhipping" of a solid team. LSU's best victories have come in the last two weeks, but they really dont get another chance to make a statement with ULM, Miss, and Arkansas left. If they win out, and go to Arkansas and put a 40 point beatdown on a 9-2 Razorback squad who would be coming off a win over Mississippi State....maybe......

No one is going to respect Ohio State of the basis of the past, and no one is going to let in an 11-1 Michigan State team based off the bad loss to Iowa.

The loss to Texas is going to haunt the Cornhuskers, and with the way Texas A&M is playing right now, if the Aggies get to the title game Nebraska will have real trouble.

Its going to be very interesting to see how it plays out.

The Michigan State/Iowa game was in Iowa City. The Hawkeyes were playing for pride and to keep the season from being an embarrasment and played a very good game.

It will take a lot of luck for LSU to sneak into the title game but after some of the things that's happened so far this year I won't say that it isn't possible. The Hogs in Arkansas will be an extremely hard fought game.

And Im not saying LSU hasnt impressed me with the wins Mud, but they dont have that "statement" game yet. South Carolina took the steam out of Alabama.

And then was spanked by Arkansas but you're right of course. Simply beating teams doesn't impress like blowing them out.

Its just a crazy year. Any other year LSU would be probably sitting at #2 with that record. Thanks to Florida for having a down year.

All of the SEC East seems to be down this season. I've seen a lot of SEC games this season and Auburn is the class of the league IMO and now that 'Bama has been humbled no one else is close.

Yep. Ranked #25 in the country. Im not the only service to have them ranked.

They are #25 in the AP, #23 in the Coaches Poll, and #25 on ESPN

Some real close games yesterday. Looking forward to the next rankings. Oregon unimpressive in their win as was Auburn and TCU. Can Boise or LSU jump up some?

I have some things to think about thats for sure.

I will take into account San Diego States other losses were to Missouri and BYU by 3 points a piece.

Finally got to watch Auburn yesterday. They are a 6 win team without Newton.

The Ducks truly slipped by the Bears.

Nebraska didnt look all that great beating a horrible Kansas squad.

Oklahoma State should have won by alot more in Austin last night.

Wisconsin did score 83, but beating down the conference doofus doesnt impress me all that much.

LSU could have spotted its opponent a 40-0 lead to start the game and still crushed them, but they did come out yesterday and perform exactly as a big boy should against a creamy opponent.

Seen Boise State 3 times now including the Friday game against Idaho. They are good, but Im just not that wowed by what Ive seen.

Texas A&M may not lose again. I was on State Highway 6 last night when the team busses came rolling through. They looked like a large group of pretty fired up guys.

Tigers played a lot of youngsters and it started early. I agree with your "exactly as a big boy should" statement. It sux when "your team" drags asp in a cake walk of a game. The tailgating was incredible. I'd get CatFish to share her tailgating stories but she likely can't remember them.
