It's hard to say. I believe he should be more involved somehow. They picked him up for a reason, he is a winner, but you just can't put him in every now and then and expect him pull a miracle on one play. He needs to be in on more snaps in my opinion.

They waste timeouts because the transitions arent smooth. Maybe they rotate by series rather then by play.
