Ryan Mathews and Trent Richardson - Stock falling due to injuries

We have seen both of these guys take a huge tumble down the draft sheets over the last month due to their injuries. Both are expect back in the first few weeks if not before. Yet these injuries have been enough to drop Mathews from 1.7 to 2.11 over the last month and TR from 2.2 to 3.3. What are your feelings on both of these young backs? Does the drop make you feel it's not far enough or hell.....these guys are nice values now!

On Mathews - I would love to be staring at him at the end of the 2nd if I picked in the top 4. Pair him with one of the top 3 backs or even Rodgers and once you get past the first couple weeks that could be sick value. I still like Mathews a lot this year and see this as value.

On Richardson - Cleveland is still a mess and minor or not, it is a knee. I love this kid long term, but this is about where he should be going IMO. These things linger some times and who knows as a rookie. Still a guy who I feel will finish strong, but I think he could start very slow over the first 6 games or so.

Agree on both counts.

Mathews mid to late 2nd is gold.

Richardson is a much riskier crap shoot. Browns suck and even if this injury is minor the next one may not be. They'll run this poor kid into the ground...but maybe he can take it. HA HA HA

I don't plan to take a part time player in the first two rounds. So feel free to take Matthews if you like, I will swing with Richardson later if I can get him.

I can't trust either of them as my #1 rb at this point, but welcome their tumble into my rb #2 range. I feel Richardson offers more, injury free, though. I don't trust Mathews to ever be in that category.
