five year guarantee easy or RG3 can just sit a year and let the 'Skins choke on it.
But that won't happen.
Washington will pay much wompum and be more than ok with it.
First round picks don't miss nearly as often as they hit when compared to other rounds.
First round misses generally occur when they bet the farm or rely to heavily upon that single pick.
I just thankful it's the Rams getting healthy and not a team I really can't stand that would actually do something with those picks.
are you the Jackson who once wore an avatar of this Opus on another fantasy sportsboard wire?

if so, long time no see
Yeah, that's me. Used to own the Bloom County Babylonians in the SUDFFL, but sold them to Donald Trump. Did you have a different user name back then?
You know, as I've thought about it, I'm pro-Redskins on this trade. Kerrigan, Williams, and Orakpo have all been good selections the last three years. You know why they've been a disaster, landing in the top 10 all three years? Their quarterbacks. It's time to swing for the fences on the position that matters most. Have they really had a stud QB since Mark Rypien? Griffin could very well be the guy. It's not a guarantee, but nothing is.
The Rams could make out very well, but Les Snead hasn't been a GM yet, so we don't know how he drafts. Besides the Cowboys, who's the last team to take a big bushel of draft picks and turn them into Super Bowls? Although, to be fair, I can't remember the last time a team got three selections for one guy.
The big loser, as I see it, is the Cleveland Browns. I would CERTAINLY trade Phil Taylor, Joe Haden, Alex Mack,
and Brady Quinn for Robert Griffin III. Both the Browns and Redskins had cap space for veteran free agent WRs, and the Browns already had a franchise left tackle. Plus, if they had dealt their next 3 picks, they'd be through paying next year, instead of Washington's 2014. Holmgren played this too conservatively, in my opinon.
