I heard that Texas wanted to turn him into an OT. He is 6'7", 260, and runs a 4.6. He could easily handle 300+ lbs.

Williams is rated as a five-star recruit by Scout.com and the No. 4 receiver in the country. However, Allen Wallace, the national recruiting editor for Scout.com, told me recently that Williams "is the No. 1 wide receiver in the United States, period. If Washington ends up reeling in Kasen Williams, that's another strong move on their part.''

Not a huge surprise. His father played for the Huskies from 1979-1982.
