RB Benson wants to sign with Oakland...

According to PFT.com FA RB Cedric Benson (Bengals) is hopeful that he can be picked up by the Raiders. He has yet to be approached but Oakland is on his wishlist.

The Raiders recently lost RB Michael Bush to FA (Chicago) and could be looking for a #2 back behind McFadden. Right now Mike Goodson has the role but some extra veteran help at the RB position may be what Oakland is looking for.

According to Steve Corkran of ANG Newspapers, however, the Raiders appear to be more interested in FA RB Ryan Grant (GB) because of ties with GM Reggie McKenzie, who was with the Green Bay Packers until this season.
