WWLTV.com reports Randy Moss is a "player of interest" for the Saints, and was spotted at the team headquarters on Saturday.
With Marques Colston expected to miss over a month with a broken collarbone and Lance Moore week-to-week with a groin injury, the Saints have a need at receiver, and have apparently set their sights high. Moss is said to be amendable to un-retiring if "the right opportunity presented itself," and that's certainly something the high-octane and contending Saints would seem to represent. Stay tuned.

Why wouldn't you want a legendary WR teamed up with your legendary QB? Think he is gonna poison the Saints locker room?

I can't think of anything more exciting than getting Moss on the cheap. Just cuz he's rostered doesn't mean he'll suddenly become the #1.

I think it's a sweet deal and if it doesn't pan out....what have you lost?

I grabbed him as I posted. He can sit there for a week or so, or until I need the roster spot.

This would be a good move for both sides. Moss gets another shot at redemption in an offense and with a QB that could make him shine.

Loomis is poo pooing it, but in this league that means it might happen. I'm going on the premise of where there's smoke there might be fire. Nothing to lose for my squad, and definitly nothing to lose for the saints and randy if they look into it.
