Coming at you
I used to be a QB late kind of guy in redraft but have switched directions the last couple years and taken top QBs (Rodgers) with my first pick. It has worked out well and the teams that have waited on QBs have generally suffered. Some exceptions but the Rodgers, Brees and Brady teams have excelled.
Looking to next year however, I might be tempted to play the waiting game a bit as there will be incredible depth:
Rodgers
Brady
Brees
Peyton
RG3
Luck
Ryan
Cam
Stafford
9 guys I would feel comfortable with as a consistent performer.
Romo
Eli
Dalton
Rivers
Freeman
Guys who have had excellent fantasy seasons past and I would feel comfortable with a combination of the two.
Just some food for thought. I know I will be waiting on a QB in FFPC next year. Would be happy with any of the top 9, except for Newton, just because I can't stand him as a real QB and would be hard for me to root for him at any level, despite the fact that he is an excellent fantasy QB due to his internal need to have all the glory.
