I had heard that he has gotten frustrated with the year and a half of contract negotiations and absolutely zero progress. His wife and kids also still live in Chicago and he wants to be closer to them

So, post the release of the audio tape KC has banned him from all off-season activities while they investigate, and the Police have had to visit the home again last night.
