Hearken all ye Eagles fans, and those who hate the Eagles. Lets think back to yesteryear. The year was 1980/81. The Philadelphia Phillies have won their first World series. Pete Rose was still a baseball hero, instead of a betting joke. But do we remember what happened that fall and Jan?!?!?!? That is right, that was the year the Eagles kicked Dallas to the curb, and went on to the superbowl in New Orleans!!!
Now take us to 2008/09. What have we here?!?!?! The Phillies have ONCE AGAIN won the World Series! Is this the year of the Eagle also going back to the superbowl?!?!?

If so, does this also bode well for Baltimore??? As in that year the Eagles lost to the WC Raiders ( the first WC to win the championship)??
