Okay, I will try to do this. I am telling you now, I am going to throw some surprises in, just because it is too boring to just take it as is. But I am basing this on some research, and rumor that are flying.
I will list name, and key needs, and then the pick.
Lets do it!!
Pick #1) Indianapolis Colts(Qb and a whole lot more) - Andrew Luck Qb Stanford - yeah no surprise here, but then again they have already posted this is the pick. So to do anything different is ridiculous.
Pick #2) Washington Redskins[trade with St. Louis](Qb and a whole lot more) - Robert Griffen III Qb Baylor - yeah again no surprise, they didn't trade this high for Kahil.
Pick #3) Minnesota Vikings(OT, WR, S, Cb, Lb, DT, DE) - first swerve here - Justin Blackmon Wr Oklahoma State - Minnesota is in a division with offensive powerhouses in Detroit and Green Bay. They have to find some tools for Ponder to work with. They hope Peterson is back, but he won't be what he was regardless, so they need some real help for Harvin, and this kid is the real deal!!
Pick #4) Cleveland Browns(Rb, Wr, Qb, ROT, OLB, and more) - Trent Richardson Rb Alabama - this is a no brainer here. I do think that Blackmon might have been the pick, but with Rb a mess, and a young Qb that needs support, Wr can wait, and they take the franchise rb here. A trade down is possible, especially for someone who desperately wants OT or Tannehill or Richardson or Claiborne....but I think the price will be too high, and Richardson goes here.
Pick #5) Tampa Bay Buccaneers(Rb, Cb, OLb, and more) - Morris Claiborne Cb LSU - again a no brainer. Talib is a mess, and Barber has been practicing at S which is another need. This gets a much needed youth in the DB area, with the FA signing of Wright as well, they will be better.
Pick #6) St. Louis Rams(Wr, OT, DT, Cb, Rb, Lb) - Matt Kalil OT USC - This was a gift from heaven, and the Rams won't screw this up. Yes Blackmon is the primary choice of popularity, but he is gone, and OL is a need, Justin Smith has not worked out at OT, and this is a much needed fix for Bradford. They can address Wr later with the depth in this draft. This is also where trade rumors will fly, if Kalil falls this far....there will be alot of teams knocking at their door, but it will be for Kalil, so the pick stands regardless.
Pick #7) Jacksonville Jaguars(Wr, De, C, ROT, Cb, OLB, Rb, DT) - TRADE with PHILADELPHIA - yep, here is the first trade of the day. No it is not for Tannehill. it is for....... Fletcher Cox DT Mississippi State - Why this deal? Well for one, Jacksonville needs help, alot of help. They need to help the OL, and DL. So getting multiple picks fits a need, more than any one player currently available. Why Philly? They adore Cox, they addressed MLb to help stop the run, but they need DT help to really push up the middle, this kid is that fix, and I don't see any way he would be there if they don't deal up. My guess is it will cost Philly this years first, probably a second or so this year, and maybe a pick next year as well.
Pick #8) Miami Dolphins(Qb, Wr, ROT, S, DE) - Ryan Tannehill Qb Texas A&M - NO CHOICE here, NONE. They can't get anyone to come to Miami, and they desperately need a Qb of the future. Kid will have a year to learn, behind Moore or Garrard, and then they will have a high pick next year to get the stud Wr they need.
Pick #9)Carolina Panthers(Cb, OLB, Wr, OT, DT, G, DE) - Stephon Gilmore Cb South Carolina - Cb is a dire need, DT is also, but with Cox off the board, I think this is the pick. Gilmore has been skyrocketing up the boards post combine, to the point he has over taken Kirkpatrick. He is a solid cover corner with great skills, and meets a need. Floyd is a chance here, but I think they continue to try and fix the defense here first.
Pick #10) Buffalo Bills(OT, Wr, OLB, Cb, Qb, TE, ILB) - Michael Floyd Wr Notre Dame - yep, once again I see Buffalo not fixing a dire need at LOT. I don't know why, but they feel they are fine, and they think by adding more tools, they will fix the issue. It could mean the death of Fitzpatrick at Qb, but that is Buf's mentality. Floyd is a great fit, will be a tall physical presense on the other side, and will benefit from the fact Steve Johnson pulls the double coverage. With Floyd, Johnson, Jackson and Spiller...Buf has some real off. tools.
Pick #11) Kansas City Chiefs(NT, LG, ILB, S, OLB) - Luke Kuelchy LB Boston College - Another no brainer here, well sort of. NT and LB are there most needed fixes. But to me Kuelchy is just too good to pass for Poe or some other DT. This kid will be put at MLB and be there for years.
Pick #12) Seattle Seahawks(LB, DE, G, ROT, WR) well this sucks for Seattle. They really could have used Floyd, Kuelchy. But they get neither. So instead they add another piece to the needed DE slot with - Melvin Ingram DE/OLB South Carolina - gets them some more pass rushing force. Not a popular pick, but the kid is solid and will really help this young improving defense. If either Floyd or Blackmon were still here, that would be the pick IMO.
Pick #13) Arizona Cardinals(ROT, WR, OLB, Qb, DE, DB) Arizona would like to take this oportunity to give Buffalo a great big hug!!! - Riley Reiff OT Iowa - WOW! To get a much needed player, and not have to trade up to get him is huge. this will help solidify the OL, allowing more running room for Ryan Williams and Chris Wells as well as give Kolb or Skelton more time to find Fitzgerald. They will have to wait to target Wr later, but this draft is deep, and the best two are gone already.
Pick #14) Dallas Cowboys(S, DL, CB, WR, G, RB) - Mark Barron S Alabama - they are working to fix a dire weakness on a defense that needs help. Barron is the only safety worth talking about early in this draft, and a dire, dire need for the Cowpokes.
Pick #15) Jacksonville Jaguars[TRADE WITH PHILADELPHIA EARLIER IN DRAFT] - Quinton Couples DE North Carolina - Get solid DL help, with more help to pressure the Qb. Not being able to get Floyd hurts, but they can address Wr later. This helps, plus the added picks they get from Philly to make the deal.
Pick #16) New York Jets(OLB, RT, Wr, DE, S) - TRADE WITH SAN DIEGO - What ...another trade!!! yep. Jets move two slots down, to get some extra value next year so that San Diego can take - David DeCastro G Stanford - Interior OL is a huge need for San Diego, and this kid is incredible. They had to snake above Cincy to land him, and make a quick deal for minimal picks to move up two slots to nab him away.
Pick #17) Cincinnati Bengals(WR, G, CB, DE) - Janoris Jenkins Cb North Alabama - Well, so much for addressing Guard. Not that they haven't already tried with FA. The signing of Wharton and Bell, will make this easier to swallow. Plus they really need another Cb to pair with Leon Hall. Kid has had character issues, but Bengals have faced this before, and might be able to fix this. Of all the Cb, this kid has the best man to man skills.
Pick #18) New York Jets(OLB, RT, Wr, DE, S) - TRADE EARLIER WITH SD - Cordy Glenn G/OT Georgia - This is a good move for Jets, this kid can play RT or G, and his flexibiltiy will help immensly. Add to that they get the player they probably wanted anyway, for extra picks makes this more the better.
Pick #19) Chicago Bears(LT, CB, DE, LB, TE) - Dre Kirkpatrick Cb Alabama - LT has no value here, and if they don't deal down, which I don't see folks doing here, then they need to address another key need here. Solid kid, that will help the defense out.
Pick #20) Tennessee Titans(CB, LB, S, OT, DE, RB) - OUCH!! Titans have to be disappointed. They lose out on the four best Cbs, they lose out on the three best OTs and those are key needs. So its time to address another key need. Titans take - Dont'a Hightower ILB Alabama - they have needed help at Lb for a while, and this is the best fit.
Pick #21) Cincinnati Bengals(Wr, Rb, G) - okay, best G's are gone. They have already addressed key need in Cb, so what is the next key need? Is it Rb or Wr? I am going to say Wr. They need a guy they can put on the other side of A.J. Green, and allow Shipley to do what he does best which is play the slot and be the third down go to guy. So I think the choice is - Kendall Wright Wr Baylor.
Pick #22) Cleveland Browns - Okay to me they have only three choices. They can reach at Wr here, Stephon Hill is sitting there. They can go OT in Jonathan Martin which could fill the RT slot. Or they can go for a guy who has dropped in Dontari Poe as a mid gap filler. This will be a very tough choice. But as Wr has depth later, I think they pass on Hill. I also don't think they reach for Qb, and instead wait til next round. So I think they will again address a weak offense, and take Martin at OT. Giving McCoy protection, and making huge holes for their earlier pick of Richardson. So the pick is - Jonathan Martin OT Stanford.
Pick #23) Detroit Lions(Cb, LOT/G, Lb, DE, Rb) - TRADE NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS - yep, they do what they do best, trade up slightly to get the solid value they can, using all the extra picks they have gotten in past deals. New England move up to take - Dontario Poe DT Memphis - they need interior help, and this guy has dropped low enough the cost will be minimal, and won't allow Pittsburgh to nab him up. This is a great move for Lions as the Lb help they want doesn't fit value here, and with the extra picks they get they can address many needs.
Pick #24) Pittsburgh Steelers(Cb, OT, NT, G, ILB, Rb) - Courtney Upshaw OLB/DE Alabama - they need help in key areas, but no real value here. Had Martin fallen to them, or Adams not smoked before the combine one of them may have been the pick. Hightower also would have fit, but he is gone. Only other real consideration was Bockers, but not sure he fits 3-4 nose tackle role. So they go for more pass rushing help.
Pick #25) Denver Broncos(DT, Cb, G/C, Rb) Denver will take this oportunity to hug Pittsburgh and take - Michael Bockers DT LSU - to fill a dire need on a young and improving defense.
Pick #26) Houston Texans - this to me is up to two choices. They either go Wr and take Hill, or they take a chance and go OT to cover loss of Winston. I am going to say Hill. They desperately need a play maker oposite Johnson, and to use when Johnson has his yearly ding. So the choice is - Stephen Hill Wr Georgia Tech.
Pick #27) Detroit Lions[trade with New Orleans last year](TRADE WITH N.E. EARLIER) - Mike Adams OT THE Ohio State - Tackle of the future to learn from Backus for a year before he takes over. If any of the Cbs had fallen that would be the choice.
Pick #28) Green Bay Packers(OLB, S, RB, DE, CB) - Chandler Jones DE Syracuse - DE depth is an issue for Greenbay, and while OLb is also a need, this kid has an excellent motor and will help the pass rush on the outside.
Pick #29) Baltimore Ravens(G, OLB, DE, LOT) well Tackle and OLb and G are no real options here. So lets take a DE with some real upside. Choice is - Nick Perry DE USC.
Pick #30) San Francisco 49ers - Alan Branch DE Clemson - Pickings are getting slim, and another Pass rushing OLB/DE will help take load off of Brown from last years draft.
Pick #31) New England Patriots - Peter Konz C Wisconsin - fill a need on the OL.
Pick #32) New York Giants - David Wilson Rb Virginia Tech - Rb to fill the need for depth and protection for feet of Bradshaw.
Okay, there is my take.
I will list name, and key needs, and then the pick.

Pick #1) Indianapolis Colts(Qb and a whole lot more) - Andrew Luck Qb Stanford - yeah no surprise here, but then again they have already posted this is the pick. So to do anything different is ridiculous.
