rotoworld,
Percy Harvin left the practice field on a cart Saturday after sustaining an undisclosed injury.

It seems that nobody saw the injury occur when Harvin made the "catch of the day." His helmet popped off, he fell to the ground, and then he got up and tried to run. Offensive coordinator said it was news to him that Harvin had left on a cart. Indications suggest it's a leg injury, though it doesn't seem major. It's worth noting the Vikes use their cart "liberally."

When I read that his helmet popped off I figured he had a bad headache but then I read leg injury so who knows.

Harvin (undisclosed) is on the field and in pads for Saturday night's practice after being carted off the field earlier in the day, according to 1500ESPN.com's Tom Pelissero. Analysis: When you hear "carted off the field," it throws up all kinds of red flags, but it looks like the speedy second-year man is fine and ready to resume his early summer work.

Who's going to catch the ball for the Vikes not who's going to be throwing it could be the question.

rotoworld,
Although Adrian Peterson returned to a full practice Monday, Percy Harvin did not rejoin the team as expected.

Harvin left last Sunday after his grandmother died, and he's now missed 14 consecutive practices. "I don't where he's at in terms of his conditioning," offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell said. Of greater concern is that it's believed Harvin is once again dealing with migraine headaches, which are often brought on by stress. The Vikings aren't sure when he will return to practice.

rotoworld,
Vikings coach Brad Childress confirmed Tuesday that Percy Harvin is once again dealing with migraine headaches.

The headaches were ostensibly brought on from stress due a recent death in Harvin's family. Harvin is back in Minnesota, resting near Vikings training camp, but Chilly still has no timetable for his return. We're not yet worried about Harvin's missed practice reps, and he has a month to get past the migraines.

rotoworld,
The Vikings have sent a "five-day letter" to Percy Harvin as a warning to rejoin the team, according to a report from Profootballtalk.com.

The letter means Harvin has five days to report to the team or risk suspension and/or fines. Harvin has been dealing with migraines, but there's also been speculation that he and Sidney Rice are purposely avoiding the rigors of camp as long as Brett Favre stays away. At the very least, Harvin can report to team headquarters and let the Vikes' medical staff contribute to the management of his migraines.

A WR protest of sorts? Hmmmm!

rotoworld,
Percy Harvin (migraines) has rejoined his teammates at Vikings headquarters on Monday.

He had been away from the team, dealing with a death in the family and ensuing migraine headaches, since July 31. Practice starts in less than an hour, though it's not known of Harvin will be participating. We'll have an update on his status later this afternoon.
