I heard that too. What a ridiculous offer. Denver is over run with WR talent. On paper it doesn't make any sense...then you take into account that PERCY SUCKS!!!!!

Percy is a glorified kick returner. Not sure how you can harness his talent, especially with Geno at QB.

I don't see Harvin doing much, but I do see Decker loving this. With a speed guy outside to push the defense away from Decker and Rookie Te, it will only help the passing game, might open up the running game more too. Expensive decoy yes, but you have to respect the speed. Plus his history states he does well for new teams ....when he plays that is.
