So, this has become a story again.

per PFT and other sites - the prosecution has agreed to drop the charges and not prosecute as long as Kraft agrees to:
1) counceling on prostitution and how it effects women
2) pays fine
3) OH, and admits he would have been found guilty if charges had been prosecuted - yup

Net - per sources this is a non-starter for Kraft - so this trial may go forward now.

Lawyer has made a motion to have all the evidence surpressed, wondered when that would happen.

Prosecution is now saying Florida law forces them to releases the videos, even though Kraft's lawyers question validity of video and warrants to get video.

Supposedly the videos show not only him paying, but also participating in the acts that he paid for.

Judge orders release of the video, but only after:

the video will be released when: (1) a jury is sworn in for a trial of the case against Kraft; (2) prosecutors drop the charges; (3) the case is resolved through a plea agreement; or (4) “any other time at which the court finds the fair trial rights of Defendant are not at risk, after notice to the parties and hearing thereon.”
