Pacman Jones ordered to pay $11.7 million

Friends, in my youth I spent way to much money in strip clubs. I've read about state officials spending thousands. I know of a millionaire that takes 2-3 thousand when he goes into a club. But, never, ever have I heard of a trip to a boobie bar costing a man $11.7 million bucks. Come on. A judge found Pacman liable for $11.7M for his role in a strip club shooting back in 2007. It might take a long time to collect.

The lawyer for Bengals CB Pacman Jones says the $11.7 million civil judgment handed down against her client is a "devastating amount for him financially."
"People perceive him as a person who is able to pay $11 million," Jones' lawyer said. "(He) doesn't even get paid until he plays his first game." Jones has made over $11.7 million in his career, but is guaranteed just $700,000 in 2012. Three months shy of his 29th birthday, Pacman would likely have to play well into his thirties to have any chance of paying the entire settlement.
