CBS Sports reports New York Jets OLT D'Brickashaw Ferguson and DE Vernon Gholston were in the car with WR Braylon Edwards when he was arrested for DWI. They have been spoken to but will not be disciplined by the team, according to GM Mike Tannenbaum.

Word is right now that you can expect Edwards to be active and dressed out until the hammer drops. Supposedly he won't start or be used much, if at all and most likey be WR injury insurance now. So don't get too excited if you hear he is active this Sunday.

Hard to say if you should dump him Sarge. The initial talk was more along the line of toughness, like Nikki said just general chatter on the ESPN morning shows. Later yesterday it sounded a little softer, leaning towards more useage, as the Jets sounded more like they really have no code of ethics like we thought. So it is a mixed bag that we will have to listen to closely and sift through the lies. Braylon will have a suspension coming but it could be delayed by how long it takes the legal process to grind it out. The Jets are short handed right now until Santonio Holmes turns up. Adding Santonio could uptick Braylon for a short while. One trial delay could push the suspension back a month, maybe more if the Judge isn't a Giants fan. The Jets have said they won't do anything serious until the legal process goes through. I did drop him in one dynasty format but it was the only copy of Braylon I have. Problems, injuries, mixed bag of good and bad production. Snelling was there, surprising in a dynasty format, so I dropped Braylon to get him.
