GM Trent Baalke sticks in Jacksonville, while Doug Pederson is out.

Some notes:
-- The new coach will report directly to Shad Khan.
-- With a stacked roster, plenty of young talent and a No. 5 overall pick, this could be a quick fix.
-- #Jaguars are spearheading Stadium of the Future and other downtown improvements. Add that into the training center, and it's a sound place to work.

Owner Shad Khan just said he’d potentially get rid of GM Trent Baalke if a prospective head coach gives him a credible reason for why they feel that way.

Baalke was right there....literally sitting next to him when he said it..
