Yeah, I would be surprised if he is there next year.
His game is hurt by no longer having insane escape ability. Add to the fact that Seattle has a crappy offensive line and won't be getting better soon due to Brown getting older and a lack of draft picks, the future isn't bright there. Seattle needs to rebuild and after giving up 2 firsts and a 3rd for a box safety, they don't have much ammo. Wilson and to a degree, Metcalf are their only real players to deal for high draft picks.
Wilson is 33 and talks like he can play into his mid 40s like Brady. Since Brady has had so much success as he ages, it seems to be accepted that others can too. Similar to when ADP made a miracle recovery from his ACL tear. He did it, so everyone else can. Guess what though? Brady is unique. Wilson is on the downhill side of his career and if Seattle can fleece a QB needy team, they need to do it now.
