Maybe fire the GM and head coach that put this mess together? A QB coach can only work with what he has, which isn’t much. Other than Bowers, they don’t have much at the skill positions. Meyers is “solid” but not exactly a WR 1. But maybe they are afraid to fire Pierce because he is so loved by Maxx Crosby
